Hey guys the templates are still coming.. Right now I'm working with 3/32" (.093") lucite.. it's high impact acrylic. Doesn't shatter like plexi, doesn't turn yellow over time, and is easily cleaned with soap and water.
Do you guys think 3/32" is too thin? It's easy to go thicker just costs a little more.
Is there anything you'd like to see that isn't normally offered?
As it stands they look like they will be less than $15 even if I go with thicker material.... and you said I couldn't beat 20
I'm looking into a couple options production wise in an effort to further cut costs and speed things along. I'll let you all know as soon as I figure it out.
